A Spanish engineers developed an extension for Android that lets you create programs for smart phones using the Google operating system using our beloved language for the Web.

To make this possible, the project uses PHP for Android for Android Scripting Layer (SL4A), a software layer that allows scripting languages ??(like Python, Perl, Lua, etc..) Accessing the resources of an Android device such as the Bluetooth module and GUI objects. The SL4A must be installed before you can run a program written with PHP for Android, which itself is a fairly easy procedure, as shown in this video.
